OUR STORY
India is home to nearly 30 million abandoned and orphaned children. This is 4% of the entire child population of India, one of the most populated countries in the world.
Of these 30 million children, less than 500,000 have found a place in institutional care settings.
Among this small group, a very small percentage will find care in a family because adoption rates in India are very, very low.
There are only about 8,000 childcare institutions in all of India.
Shiloh Boys Home is one of these institutions. In 2013, Andy and Susan were finally able to make Shiloh their home and begin offering the hope of a family to at-risk children.
No Longer Orphans was born as Andy and Susan made it their mission for as many children as possible to be orphans no longer, but to find safety, hope, wholistic care, and a true family at Shiloh.
With as many children as there are that still need the hope of a family, we have a lot of work to do. Will you help us?
We are looking for 450 people to give $15 a month. Will you help us meet the needs of more at-risk young people?

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO YOU GET THE BOYS?
All of the boys are situational orphans. They are with us because either they have no family, or their family cannot afford to provide for them. They come here because it is known that we provide quality care for them and a great education.
WHY ARE THERE NOT ANY GIRLS?
By law, boys and girls must be housed buildings. Currently, we do not have the funds to build a new dorm, but it is a dream of ours to be able to take in any child that needs a family.
CAN THEY BE ADOPTED?
No, our children cannot be adopted. Some of the children still have extended family that cannot provide for them, but do not want to totally relinquish their ties legally.
HOW CAN WE SUPPORT NO LONGER ORPHANS?
We are totally supported by individual monthly donors and special gifts. We are always in need of more donors because there are still so many children that need a family. To join the No Longer Orphans family, please visit our donate page.
WHO CARES FOR THE CHILDREN?
Andy and Susan manage and run the home and 19 acre property. There is also staff that live on the campus and attend to different aspects of the boys developmental needs. It is one big happy family!
WHERE ARE THEIR FAMILIES?
Most of boys’ families are from different states and are poor laborers.
DO THEY GO TO SCHOOL?
Yes, the boys go to a private school in the city. It is our desire to build a school on our property so we can better influence their education and also provide a great school for other children in our village.
ARE YOU A RECOGNIZED NON PROFIT?
